2. Our Services
Kango Business Solutions provides the following services:
- Website Setup: Custom website design and development with mandatory ongoing maintenance plans (Silver or Gold). Maintenance plans include hosting, security, and support.
- Business Operations Toolkit: Digital downloadable resources including SOPs, policies, templates, and business frameworks. Available as Single Pack ($50) or Full Package ($200).
- AI Solutions: AI Assistant and AI Support Bot (coming soon).
3. Payment & Pricing
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- Website Setup pricing is custom-quoted based on project scope and selected maintenance tier.
- Maintenance plans are billed monthly and include hosting.
- Business Toolkit purchases are one-time payments with lifetime access to materials.
- All prices are in AUD.
4. Refund Policy
- Website Setup: Refunds are available within 30 days if work has not commenced. Once design or development begins, refunds are prorated based on work completed.
- Business Operations Toolkit: All sales are final. Since this is a digital product delivered immediately, no refunds are provided once files are downloaded. Please review the free sample PDF before purchasing.
- Maintenance Plans: You may cancel at any time with 30 days notice. No refunds for partial months.
5. Service Delivery
- Website Projects: Timeline is 2-4 weeks depending on scope and complexity.
- Business Toolkit: Digital files are delivered via email attachment immediately after purchase.
- Maintenance Services: Delivered together with website.
6. Use License
For Business Operations Toolkit purchases:
- You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your business.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or share the materials with third parties.
- You may customize templates and documents for your own use.
- All intellectual property rights remain with Kango Business Solutions.
7. Disclaimer
The materials on Kango Business Solutions website are provided "as is". Kango Business Solutions makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall Kango Business Solutions or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Kango Business Solutions website.

Kango Business Solutions does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current.
